What time is load-in?
  • Thursday June 1, 2023: 10AM – 8PM
  • Friday June 2, 2023: 10AM – 7PM

Will there be same day load-in?

No. Same day load-in will not be permitted.

Are tables and chairs included for vendors?

Code of Conduct

The Rick Ross Car & Bike Show is not a place for behavior that is inappropriate, off-topic, disruptive, abusive, or illegal.

Rick Ross Car & Bike Show defines inappropriate behavior as that which undermines the spirit of the event, including any form of written, verbal, or physical abuse or threats, the use of derogatory or discriminatory language, gestures, or actions, any form of harassment, racism, sexism, or any other targeted comments which may violate any local, state or federal laws or cause harm to another Rick Ross Car & Bike Show participant before, during, or after the event, whether in-person in Fayetteville, GA. or at satellite events, via the Rick Ross Car & Bike Show website or social media channels, while engaging in any online aspect of the event, or any other method of communication.

Rick Ross Car & Bike Show may take action in its discretion to address any individual(s) or group(s) it believes fail to meet the standards set forth in this Code of Conduct, including, without limitation, revoking the violating parties’ admission without refund.

During in-person events, Rick Ross Car & Bike Show expects that all attendees follow public health guidelines related to safety, hygiene and CDC identified pandemic level communicable illnesses (including COVID-19), including, without limitation, social distancing, hand washing, staying home if you are sick, and other disease prevention measures.

Please contact [email protected] if you believe you’ve observed or experienced a violation of this Code of Conduct, and Rick Ross Car & Bike Show will work to assess the situation and to respond as soon as possible. Notifying Rick Ross Car & Bike Show does not constitute or replace a notification to local law enforcement.

All suspected violations of the law should be reported to local law enforcement. For emergencies, immediately dial 9-1-1. For non-emergencies, the Fayetteville Police Department is available at (770) 461-4441.

What are your COVID protocols?

Due to the height of COVID we would ask that everyone remain at a safe, social distance and masks are recommended.

When is the VIP Mixer?

The Mixer will be held Saturday June 3, 2023 at 7PM.

Is parking free?

Yes, with general admission tickets. To access the parking area, you need to have general admission tickets. Your designated parking spot is located at Jonesboro Commuter Park & Ride, 8488 Tara Blvd, Jonesboro, GA 30236. Throughout the event, shuttle buses will be available to transport you to and from this location. Additionally, police officers and security personnel will be present on-site. You will also need to register and collect your swag bag and lanyards at this parking lot. Please note that parking is only allowed in this assigned lot, and we advise arriving early to avoid delays.

Will the event be filmed?

Yes. By entering the Rick Ross Car Show at the Promise Land, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by the team at the Rick Ross Car & Bike Show or the person or entity designated to do so by the Rick Ross Car & Bike Show team.

You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before entering the Rick Ross Car & Bike Show at The Promise Land.

Car Liability Waiver

If you make a purchase as Car/Bike Participant/Attendee, you acknowledge that you are participating in the Rick Ross Car & Bike Show on June 3, 2023 at The Promise Land. You understand and agree that the event organizers are not responsible for any theft, damage or loss of your vehicle or any personal property left in your vehicle during the event. You understand that you are solely responsible for the security and safety of your vehicle and personal property, and you hereby release and waive any claims against the event organizers for any such theft, damage, or loss. No Walkups
  • All general admission attendees will receive instructions via email with their off site location to check in, receive credentials and board shuttle service to the event.
  • All VIP attendees will receive instructions via email with their off site location to check in,  receive credentials and an escort to the event.
  • All vendors will receive instructions via email with their off site location to check in,  receive credentials and on-site setup details.
  • Do NOT go directly to the property even if you are using a ride share service.
